A big thank you to Mr. Newell at Civic Memorial High School for continuing our Meet the Principal series this morning! We learned about Mr. Newell’s career path and responsibilities. We really enjoyed his perspective on the challenges facing education today, intiatives taken in Bethalto School District to better education for his students, and the value of hard work. As Mr. Newell would say, “Pound the Stone!”
