Riverbend-opoly
The Riverbend CEO is a high school business class that combines students from Alton High, Marquette, and EAWR. The class has to start a business together in the first semester to raise funds for second semester. In the second semester, each student starts their own business, and the money raised goes towards the startup money for our personal business. Every student in the program will become an entrepreneur as they start their own business with a product or service they market to the community at the annual Riverbend CEO Trade Show. For our class business, we are making a Riverbend-Opoly game, based on the famous Monopoly game. We are requesting that local businesses buy spots on the board, and with these spots, they get their logo, address, and phone number. This serves as advertisement for their business. Once we have the properties on the board sold, we will place the order and buy 500 games. Selling these games will help us raise funds for second semester as well as give local businesses an easy way to advertise. We hope you consider supporting young entrepreneurs in our community.
