About Me

Joey Barnerd is currently a senior at East Alton-Wood River High School. Born and raised in Wood River, Joey has always been a hardworking student. He has played football since he was 5 years old and is looking forward to his senior year. EAWR made it to the playoffs last year and Joey along with his teammates are looking to do the same this year. Joey was honored to be accepted into the CEO Program this year. He is also the only EAWR student to be in this program. He is looking forward to see what this unique opportunity will bring this year. He hopes that he will gain a huge head start into the life a successful businessman.
